The Corporate Law and M&A are main areas of our legal services being provided. We provide complex legal advice in this field, both in the course of everyday running of corporations, including the Corporate Governance & Compliance, and in the framework of preparation and negotiation of complex business transactions. This agenda involves, in particular, the establishment of business corporations and branch offices of foreign entities, the implementation of corporate changes and their registration in the Commercial Register (changes in authorized representatives, in a registered office, etc.), holding of general meetings, transfers of ownership interests in business corporations, transfers of a business enterprise, transformations of business corporations (mergers, divisions, transfers of assets, changes in legal forms), preparation and negotiation regarding loan documentation and related security documentation as well as issues associated with joint ventures. Furthermore, we are also active in the field of the competition law, unfair competition and personal data protection, i.e. the fields to be coped with by business corporations frequently in the course of running their business. We also act on behalf of our clients in administrative proceedings held by state authorities as regards compliance with Public Law duties resulting from activities of our clients, in particular by the Czech Trade Inspection, Labor inspectorates, etc. Experience:
